Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and engaging with AIO Agency services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms govern all transactions between you and AIO Agency.

Business Identity

AIO Agency is an AI-native strategy, creative, and growth studio operating in Israel. We serve brands and businesses across B2B and B2C with scoped engagements covering strategy, content production, performance marketing, and AI systems. Our principal place of business is in Israel, and we are subject to Israeli laws and regulations.

Services Description

AIO Agency provides strategic creative and AI-powered services across the following areas:

• Brand Strategy and Identity
• AI-Powered Content Production (video, imagery, editorial)
• Social Media Management and Strategy
• Performance Marketing and Paid Campaigns
• AI Automation, Chatbots, and Operational Systems
• Web Development and Landing Pages
• AI Workshops and Team Training

Services are delivered through scoped engagements. Each engagement begins with a strategy call, followed by a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, and investment. No work begins until the scope is agreed upon and the proposal is accepted.

Pricing and Quotes

Pricing is determined on a per-engagement basis and is defined in your written proposal or SOW. All prices are presented in Israeli New Sheqel (ILS) unless otherwise specified. Starting-from prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to final scoping.

Quotation as Estimate

All quotes provided by AIO Agency are estimates based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if project scope, requirements, or market conditions change. We will notify you of any price changes before commencing services.

Additional Costs

Additional costs may apply for services beyond the agreed scope, including rush fees, revisions beyond the included number, or specialized services. Such costs will be communicated and agreed upon separately.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required upon project approval to secure your slot.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or within 30 days of invoice issuance, whichever is earlier.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods specified in your invoice.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received within 30 days of due date, a late fee of 1% per month (or the maximum allowed by Israeli law) will be charged.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by AIO Agency for you, including but not limited to content, designs, strategies, and deliverables (collectively, 'Work'), are the intellectual property of AIO Agency until full payment is received.

License Grant

Upon receipt of full payment, AIO Agency grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work solely for your business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Work without our written consent. You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to us.

Portfolio Rights

AIO Agency retains the right to display your project as a portfolio example for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. Your company name may be used in our portfolio and case studies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Israeli law, AIO Agency's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question during the preceding 12 months.

Exclusions

AIO Agency shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your misuse of our services
• Third-party actions or failures beyond our control
• Results or performance guarantees (marketing results are subject to numerous factors beyond our control)

14-Day Cancellation Right

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the date of the agreement without providing any reason. This 14-day period begins from the day after the agreement is concluded.

Cancellation Process

To cancel, you must contact AIO Agency at contact@aioagency.ai with the subject line 'Cancellation Request' and provide your name, order details, and reason for cancellation (optional). We will confirm your cancellation and process the refund.

Refund Terms

• If no services have been commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
• If services have been commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the portion of services not completed, minus reasonable costs incurred.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

Exceptions to Cancellation Right

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

• Agreements where services have been fully executed and the customer has explicitly requested to waive the cancellation right in writing
• Custom work or services specifically tailored to the customer's requirements

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Both parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Israeli courts. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Israeli courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the matter before the competent Israeli courts.

Changes to Terms

AIO Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email.
